In recent years, people analytics has made significant strides, yet many HR professionals feel that progress has stalled. The "Advancing People Analytics: Evidence-based HR Masterclass" is designed to reignite momentum by integrating evidence-based practices with traditional analytics. This masterclass, led by David Creelman, offers senior HR professionals a robust framework to enhance their analytics capabilities, align their work with strategic business decisions, and drive impactful organizational change.
Participants will explore how evidence-based HR builds on existing analytics methodologies to uncover new opportunities for insight and improvement. One of the key topics is the shift from a data-driven mindset to a decision-driven approach. Instead of starting with data, participants will learn to identify critical business decisions first and then seek the best available evidence to inform those decisions. This paradigm shift ensures that analytics projects are directly relevant and impactful.
Another crucial topic is the "mosaic of measures," which involves innovative techniques for gathering diverse types of evidence quickly and efficiently, even when time is limited. This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand, making the analytics process more robust and insightful. Additionally, participants will develop the skills to critically evaluate the quality of evidence, ensuring that their recommendations are based on the most reliable and relevant data.
The masterclass also includes hands-on practice sessions where participants will apply evidence-based HR methodologies to real-world challenges. This practical component is designed to ensure that participants can immediately implement what they learn in their own organizations. By the end of the course, participants will have created a practical plan to incorporate evidence-based practices into their current and future analytics projects, ensuring they can start making impactful changes right away.
